How Engagements Work

Fractional leadership only works when it is actually focused. The roster stays small on purpose, so every client gets senior attention and nothing else gets half-done in the background.
- Three month minimum. Anything less is a workshop, not an engagement. The first thirty days are listen and map. The next sixty are build, pressure-test, and hand off.
- A few clients at a time. The roster is kept deliberately small. If Melissa is not able to give an engagement senior attention, she will not take it on.
- No competing clients. Ever. If you work with Melissa, nobody in your direct competitive set does. Fit conversations always start there.
